Seeking a multi-talented individual with sharp analytical skills, detail oriented with a can do attitude, and a strong focus on customer service.Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of apartment maintenance to include but not be limited to light electrical, light plumbing, carpentry and grounds keeping. You will also prepare vacant units for immediate occupancy and respond daily to resident work orders.Must have own tools, A current Class C boilers license or the expertise to receive 1 HVAC certifications a plus.On site living preferred, but not required.
